Fully prepared cylinder block, bored and plateau honed, refaced, cam bearings fitted, supplied and fitted centre main strap, drilled and tapped for 11 stud, hot chemically cleaned and supplied with new oil way and core plugs.
The crankshaft is carefully selected then reground, cross drilled, wedged, ni-tempered with micro polished journals
Our exclusive performance Omega pistons are supplied and fitted to conrods
The Conrods with this kit are lightened and checked for alignment then fitted with ARP's rod bolt set finally balanced end over end
Vandervell or ACL crankshaft bearings in race material are used in the build
Cam & timing
Fitted to the engine is a MED profile camshaft from the exclusive Piper range along with new followers, heavy duty duplex timing gear set, steel backed oil pump, our new lightweight steel V belt pulley and gold dynamic crank damper
