Velodromloppet - Sweden

Birger Knutsen attended "Velodromloppet" at the Karlskoga track in Sweden last weekend. Birger’s car performed great running with his MED motor, and managed to win the 1300cc class in both races. Click here for more info....

The Spridget 50 event held at the Heritage Motor Center - Gaydon, Warwickshire on the 24th May was probably the biggest gathering of Sprites and Midgets ever!

Simon White managed to secure pole position at Oulton Park and followed through with a very impressive race win. Further success for MED.

Reuben Evans MED powered mini won "Best European vehicle" at the "4 and Rotary Nationals" event in New Zealand competing against BMW's, Merc's, Audis etc......

I then fitted the MED dual cone ram kit (DCR kit), replacing the standard type Weber short ram pipes and small ITG filter. Fuelling was re-set (needed leaning off). A re-run gave 4 BHP more at same rpm peak BHP as last year. It also gave 7 BHP more power at 6,100rpm.With around 2 or 3 more BHP all over. Click here to find out more...

Gavin Wakely is in the talking point yet again after pulling a 12.96sec ¼ mile at Santa Pod on the 04th November. This was with road tyres and a normally aspirated modified engine.
