The ultimate in cylinder head design using the very latest in port design development as tested on our Supaflow flow bench with high roof inlet ports and negative radius valve guide boss removal.
The combustion chamber is fully modified with full radius side walls and double radius valve seats which are all cut to race tolerances to maintain equal combustion chamber volume, they are then blended into the chamber and ports to maximise air flow.
This offset series 6 head comes with a 31.0mm exhaust which has its centre line position offset enabling us to fit a massive 38.0 inlet valve. These give the extra air flow on both inlet and exhaust required for large capacity race engines.
The valves are our own bespoke design produced from a one piece plasma nitride forging with a lightweight 6mm stem and 3 angle valve seat, probably the best valve by far that is available for the A series engine.
Before our own 6mm hi-flow silicon bronze valve guides are fitted the valve spring platforms are machined to maintain equal fitted length valve springs.
Finally the head is carefully assembled with our lightweight titanium valve caps, dual rate valve springs and bespoke 6mm collets. Supplied along with the cylinder head are our button lash caps which locate inside to top of the titanium cap for the roller rockers to run giving a greater wipe area for high lift camshaft applications.

Please note, these cylinder heads are machined to order - once you have purchased this product a member of our sales team will contact you to finalise the specification and advise delivery. Delivery is usually around 15-20 working days from the initial order. The price advertised includes a surcharge of £250.00 which can be credited back to the customer once a serviceable cylinder head casting has been sent back to us as an exchange unit.
For race heads we insist on using castings without valve seat inserts, so the exchange unit must be of this type. Please contact us for further information.
