MED heavy-duty adjustable tie-rods for the classic Mini and derivatives, complete with Dunlop Motorsport grade rod ends for superior durability and precision.
Our unique design of heavy-duty front tie-rods allow you to perfect caster angle and improve handling. Machined from EN24T steel billet, this taper beam design strengthens the tie-rod at the weakest point, which is where the tie-rod joins the bottom arm. Although this necessitates removing a bolt to adjust, the benefits are greatly increased with extra rigidity.
These are aimed primarily at trackday and competition cars where solid rod ends are desired for ultimate precision over comfort. Tested in full race conditions on a front-running Mini Miglia (10-inch slick tyre circuit racer) with great success.
The tie-rods are prepared with a special black phosphate coating for improved longevity and are also fully rebuildable.
