Description

The MED competition drive flange is made to the same dimensions as the original Cooper S types, but machined from upgraded EN24T steel and then heat treated for better longevity.

These only suit cars using the 7.5-inch front discs and 10-inch wheels, as the later 8.4-inch disc cars used an alternative bolt-on design.

What makes these better than standard drive flanges?

Our drive flanges are machined from EN24T steel and then heat treated, making for a superb performance upgrade. They're suitable for standard road Minis right through to full competition.

Will these fit all Minis?

Only those with 7.5" Cooper S front disc brakes - although this is a very popular brake setup for the classic Mini on 10" wheels.

How many do I need?

These are priced individually, so you will need to order two per car.

The drive flanges do not fit over my wheel studs - what shall I do?

We've seen a few disc brakes where the wheel studs have been pressed into place on a slight angle. Remove the wheel studs and carefully press them back in perfectly square, which will fix the problem, and the drive flanges will fit straight on.
