1 A - An estimate is a considered approximation of the likely cost involved and is valid for 10 days from its dispatch by the Company to the Customer.

1 B - Prices of Goods are those current at the time of the estimate and the Company reserves the right to change such prices between preparing the estimate and obtaining the Goods.

1 C - Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if it appears during progress of any Work that the estimate will be exceeded by a significant amount the Company will not continue the Work without further permission from the Customer.

1 D - All prices include VAT @20% unless otherwise stated. Non-UK sales will be listed without the VAT. 

1 E - MED Race Technologies no longer excepts payment via cheque. Please contact MED Race Technologies if you wish to talk about alternative payment methods.

1 F - Most major credit/debit cards are acceptable i.e. VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo.

1 G - All deposits taken by MED Race Technologies from the customer for work to be carried out or products being sold are strictly non refundable.

1 H - All goods supplied or dispatched will remain the property of MED Race Technologies until full payment is made to the company.

2 - Delivery/ Shipping

2 A - MED Race Technologies will aim to dispatch products to destinations inside the UK within 3 working days in most circumstances they are delivered next day from payment. In certain circumstances beyond MED Race Technologies control the delivery time may vary, so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

2 B - MED Race Technologies Courier service delivers between 8:00 and 19:00 on weekdays, and will require a signature to release the shipment, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your order between these hours. We will not take responsibility for orders delayed or additional redelivery charges incurred due to no-one being available to accept a delivery.

2 C - MED Race Technologies will make every effort to deliver within the times stated but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the delivery times which are here quoted, please contact MED Race Technologies and they will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

2 D - Saturday delivery service is available but only upon special request, MED Race Technologies will need to be informed via telephone if this service is required where the appropriate quote will be given.

3 - International Delivery/ Shipping

3 A - MED Race Technologies delivers to most worldwide destinations, delivery time will not be guaranteed with international shipping due to customs and clearance, with using DHL most shipments will be delivered in 5-7 days.

3 B - You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

3 C - Additionally, when ordering from MED Race Technologies the customer must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.

4 - Uncompleted Works

4 A - If for any reason Work requested by the Customer is not carried out in full MED Race Technologies will charge reasonable amount for any Work actually done and the then current price of any goods supplied or fitted.

5 - Time

5 A - MED Race Technologies will use its best efforts to do Work or supply Goods within any time period notified to the Company will not be liable for delays.

6 - Completion of Work

6 A - Work shall be deemed complete when the Customer is so advised by the Company. The Customer will pay the Company for all Work done and Goods supplied before any vehicle may be removed from the Company's premises.

6 B - The customer's vehicle must be collected when advised by MED Race Technologies, a date and time will be arranged once all work is completed. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.

7 - Replaced Parts

7 A - All parts replaced during any Work done, except those to be returned under warranty or service exchange arrangements, will be retained by the Company. If the Customer does not specifically ask to have such replaced parts returned when collecting, they will become the property of the Company to dispose of.

8 - Returned Goods

8 A - Goods will be accepted back for credit provided that the Customer returns the Goods (in the same condition as when supplied) within 5 working days of delivery, the original invoice is produced, the Customer pays the Company's current handling charges for returned Goods and the Goods were not specially ordered by the Company for the Customer.

9 - Loss, Damage and inconvenience

9 A - MED Race Technologies will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused if any work under taken at the request of the customer is not completed in the specified time given.

10 - Parts Description

10 A - MED Race Technologies gives a comprehensive product description throughout advertising and throughout their website. Although MED Race Technologies gives accurate information due to the various configurations of engines/components MED Race Technologies will not be held responsible or liable for any product that doesn't fit/work correctly that is purchased without prior consultation.

11 – Surcharges / Exchange

11 A – MED Race Technologies applies a strict surcharge policy to all surchargeable products i.e built engines, engine kits, cylinder heads and crankshafts.

11 B - On the dispatch or collection of goods MED Race Technologies will charge the applicable surcharge amount to the customer. This amount will be reimbursed in full once the serviceable exchange part/parts are returned to MED Race Technologies and have been inspected and found to be in MED Race Technologies serviceable condition.
