The second image is purely to show where these fit - the clutch arm plunger is not included, but available separately as part of the MED Heavy Duty Clutch Arm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do these fit a classic Mini?

These are a direct replacement for the standard clutch plunger throw-out nuts, part number 22A427 and NT610041. However, the MED versions are in high quality stainless steel, so no unsightly rust.

What size spanner do I need?

These are 15/16" AF.

What's the purpose of these nuts?

They're designed to limit the clutch arm and plunger movement. With help from an assistant, depress the clutch pedal (after making necessary return stop adjustments at the lever arm). With the clutch fully depressed, screw in the large nut until it contacts the clutch housing. Now release the clutch pedal, wind the nut in one more flat and lock together with the secondary locking nut.
