Description

These constant velocity joints are the best available and come complete with hub nut, gaiter and circlip.

For higher performance applications, we would strongly recommend upgrading the supplied nut to an MED EN24 steel hub nut, which is a far better quality replacement.

Although marked up as '1275', these will suit all Minis with 7.5-inch Cooper S or later 8.4-inch discs.

Torque to 193 lb.ft and tighten to the next available split pin hole.

Which cars do these fit?

Any classic Mini with front disc brakes. Drum brake CV joints are still commonly available, but we only stock the disc brake variety, for performance use.

How do these compare with standard joints?

These are the same fitment as standard, and give the best longevity possible, for competition or fast road applications alike. We have supplied these with our competition driveshaft kits for many years, and used them on all of our own Minis.

Do I need anything else to accompany the joints?

Although supplied with the main nut, we would highly recommend upgrading to our own uprated version, part number MED-3906-HN. These are made to a higher specification and should be used for any competition Mini. We also make the hub nut washer in EN24T steel, part number MED-3905-SW.
