The bolt is CNC machined from stock EN24T steel with extra attention to the radius under the head to maximise strength.

After machining, the bolt is then heat treated to 'X' condition for maximum strength.

To complete the kit we CNC machine the key washer from the same EN24T steel, which is then heat treated for extra strength.

Fitting instructions

1. Install bolt and keyway washer to the crankshaft.

2. Lock engine using your preferred method.

3. Torque bolt to 130lb/ft, to seat flywheel on the crankshaft taper.

4. Undo the bolt.

5. Apply 27-01 thread lock and torque to 130lb/ft.
