MED STEEL CONROD AND OMEGA PISTON KIT - FULL COMPETITION

Our A-Series competition package includes a set of MED steel H-beam conrods, ARP bolts and Omega forged pistons, with a wide variety of options to perfectly suit your race engine build.

The latest MED steel conrod design sees weight reduced to an incredible 429g for the 5.750" design (including the bolts), compared to around 685g of an equivalent standard conrod - a 37% weight reduction.

Longer rods alter the basic geometry of the rotating assembly, to reduce friction in the engine and give a marginally longer piston dwell time at TDC. Running a shorter compression height piston then corrects the overall stroke length to standard.

The small offset dish option in +20, +40 and +60 equates 6cc, and for 73.5mm this is 7cc.
