Description
Unique to MED, our CV tapered washer is machined from billet EN24T and then ni-tempered for greater tensile strength and rigidity.
These ideally accompany the MED EN24T Mini hub nut, but you can use them with the standard nuts too.

What's the advantage of these split washers over the standard items?
These are machined from EN24T steel and then heat treated for the strongest possible upgrade. The Mini's front hub assemblies see a huge amount of load and stress when performance is increased, especially on competition cars, so we would advise installing a pair of these alongside the MED CV joint nuts.
Do I need to modify anything to install these?
No they're designed as a direct replacement of the standard washers.
Where do they fit exactly?
On the end of the outer CV joints on Minis with disc brakes, between the drive flanges and the hub nuts.
How many do I need?
We price these individually so you will need to order two per car.
