MED CAM TIMING COVER

The MED Cam Timing Cover kit makes an attractive and purposeful upgrade over the standard steel covers. CNC machined from billet aluminium, the kit aims to eliminate oil leaks from this area, which are usually caused by a warped or damaged lip on the standard covers.

The removable top cover features a separate crankcase breather and replaceable oil seal.

The kit is suitable for our full range of adjustable vernier timing chain setups, installed without the tensioner.

• CNC-machined and anodised aluminium casing

• 5/8-inch crankcase breather

• To suit all MED adjustable vernier cam chain setups

• Provision for MED crank position sensor or mechanical timing pointer

• Suits standard and aftermarket crankshaft dampers

• Supplied with all fixings and seals/gasket

• Aluminium timing plate (Mini-fitment only)

• Crank position sensor kit

Please note - this kit does not fit MPi Minis, as the crankshaft pulley sits further inboard and touches the outer cover.

If you wish to install the kit alongside distributor-less ignition, choose the CPS kit from the optional extras and you'll need the MED Flat Management Pulley.
